The Docs Dashboard offers users two views into their pending agreements within Docs:
- Items Pending My Action
- Agreements in Flight
This page provides a comprehensive view of all outstanding agreements.
Items Pending My Action
The "Items Pending My Action" section of the Dashboard offers users the ability to view all of the outstanding items that they are able to action, based on user permissions within the specified party.
Items in this section can be filtered according to status, with the default being "Status: All":
- Pending Composition
- Pending Approval
- Pending Execution
- Pending Visibility Request
Items can also be filtered according to Party, with the default being "Party: All":
The agreements are displayed in a grid, and each item includes the Agreement ID, Actions required, and the Party Role. Clicking on the item will open the agreement.
The Dashboard is also where the Party Administrator is able to access all outstanding Visibility Requests, which can be approved by clicking the check mark in the request itself. Upon clicking the check mark, the item will be removed, and Docs will automatically add the Broker to the Approved Broker List.
If the party does not approve of the request, the Administrator can click the X and reject the request. At that point, they are provided a comment box to give feedback on the action.
Agreements in Flight
The "Agreements in Flight" section of the Dashboard offers users the ability to view all of their non-Executed agreements. This section provides a full list of outstanding agreements, including those that require no action from the user, and which no longer appear in the "Items Pending My Action" section.
The agreements appear in a list, similar to the Agreement Search results, which can be accessed via the "Agreements" tab. The following information is displayed within the "Agreements in Flight" section:
- Initiated Date
The Agreement ID is hyperlinked, and the user is taken to the agreement upon clicking the ID.
Docs allows the use of multiple windows, so the user is also able to right-click on the Agreement ID to Open, Save, or Copy the link.
Upon completing the task and closing the window, the user returns to the original page. This functionality is available throughout Docs, including the menu items at the top of the page.
The Agreements in Flight are sort-able. Each of the column headers within this section can be clicked to display a sort arrow, and can be clicked additional times to re-sort the column as needed.
