March 6th Accelerate Update

FIA Tech has scheduled a system update of Accelerate on Saturday, March 6^th where TLS 1.1 will no longer be supported. This update is required to maintain secure end-to-end communications between our users and the Accelerate Platform. For the vast majority of current Accelerate users who login to the application using reasonably up-to-date browser versions, this change will have no effect. If, however, you are using a significantly out-of-date and unsupported browser version to log into Docs, OCR or Atlantis, you will not be able to log into the application after this change is made .

The list of unsupported browsers includes any version of Internet Explorer earlier than 11, along with older versions of other browsers.  A complete list is available below in red:

If you have any questions whether you are currently using an out-of-date, unsupported browser, first check with your internal IT staff to review current browser version and update to a supported version if required.  We strongly encourage all users who are currently using an affected outdated browser to make this change prior to Saturday, March 6^th.
