The give-up agreement templates available in Docs have been created by FIA's Law & Compliance Committee. Additional information on the history behind their creation, as well as Word and PDF downloads of blank templates can be found on FIA's webpage within their documentation library.

Standard Give-Up Agreements
The Standard Give-Up Agreements page provides Word and PDF versions of the Standard Customer, Standard Trader, and Standard Order Passing Broker agreements, as well as an overview of the updates from the 2008 to the 2017 versions. Additionally, 2008 templates, Blacklines of changes (2017 vs 2008), and various Agreement Definitions are available through page links.
LME Give-Up Agreements
The LME Give-Up Agreements page provides Word and PDF versions of the Customer and Trader LME agreements (Versions 1-8), an overview of updates from the 2008 to 2017 versions, as well as 2008 Versions and Blacklines (2017 vs 2008).
EFRP and Block Agreements
The "EFRP and Block Agreements" page provides Word and PDF versions of the 2021 EFRP and Block Agreements (Customer Version, Trader Version, Broker (FOR CUSTOMER) Version, Broker (FOR TRADER) Version, Broker (FOR DEALER) Customer Version, and Broker (FOR DEALER) Trader Version. The page also includes an overview of the EFRP and Block Agreements, as well as the 2017 Versions, 2008 Versions, Blacklines (2017 vs 2021) and Blacklines (2017 vs 2008).
Additional Information
In addition to Agreement Templates, the Documentation Library provides access to various FIA Legal Opinions, Disclosures, and Guidance, grouped into specific categories on the main page. While the US Documentation Library is public, other documentation available from the FIA is only accessible to members or upon sign-in.
