FIA Tech releases new functionality in Atlantis, Docs and OCR on a monthly basis. These releases will occur during the weekly maintenance window described below. 2024 release dates are scheduled as follows:

Recurring Scheduled Maintenance
In order to perform scheduled system maintenance and release new functionality, FIA Tech has implemented weekly downtime for the Accelerate platform, which takes place every Saturday from 5 AM – 12 PM ET. Atlantis, Docs, and OCR will be unavailable to users during this period of time. File processing will be paused and submissions during the maintenance window may experience failures. Any failed submissions will need to be resubmitted.
