During eRecs daily processing, eRecs will do the following checks when Auto Affirming Atlantis Receivable trades. If the match group does not pass these checks then the match group is not Auto Affirmed.
Details for these trades are also made available in the AtlantisRCVAutoAffirmPostMatching report.
- Exact Match groups which are not yet match approved
- this step will include other match levels if the firm has auto affirm on for additional match levels
- For each match group, returned, the following is checked:
- any associated external trade has a break
- yes - match group will NOT be auto-affirmed
- no - proceed to next check
- any associated internal trade has an open break
- yes - match group will NOT be auto-affirmed
- no - proceed to next check
- any associated internal trade has a billed entity break
- yes - match group will NOT be auto-affirmed
- no - proceed to next check
- external trade has any trade status other than
-
- reviewerState = 'Receiver'
- receiverState = 'Neutral'
- payerState = 'Neutral'
- cannotSettleReason = 'FeeMissingAffirmation'
- yes - match group will NOT be auto-approved
- no - proceed to next item

- any associated external trade has a break
- Any match group that passed all the above tests will then:
- Match group will be match approved
- Affirm sent to Atlantis for Atlantis trade(s) in match group
Once completed, a report will be generated that we provide to the firms as to what match groups and trades were / were not approved from this process. (Report: AtlantisRCVAutoAffirmPostMatching)
This process runs daily on all trades in the system. If internal trade breaks are closed, external trade breaks are closed, or internal billed entities are resolved then trades will be picked up for Auto Affirm the following day.
