Overview
FIA Tech provides access for SFTP connectivity to Atlantis. Much of the connectivity to Atlantis depends on the firm's participant code. Secure your participant code from Atlantis Support and use this value when "{PART}" is referenced below.
Requirements
Atlantis will only support SFTP connectivity utilizing private/public key pairs and will not support password connections.
Each participant will be granted a single user id, sftp_atl_user_{PART}_LDEB, for connectivity. If necessary, multiple public keys can be provided to allow for multiple connections.
Contact Atlantis Support (atlantis.support@fia-tech.com) with the following:
1. Designated technical contact(s) to receive confirmation of SFTP account creation as well as future communication and account verification.
2. An IP (or range of IPs) for external NAT of the servers from which they are connecting for Production Simulation (Psim) and Production (Prod).
a. Please include any DR server IPs in case of a failover. Please check with your IT/infrastructure department on this item.
3. Public key(s) which will be used for authenticating connectivity. Atlantis can support more than one private/public key pair per user id. Please note which keys will be used in connecting to which environment. It is suggested to have a different key pair per environment. Password authentication is not supported.

Folders
Atlantis has the following folders setup in the SFTP account for the participant firm use.
Inbox
Files dropped in the Inbox folder(s) will be consumed and removed from these folders by Atlantis.

Outbox
The Outbox folders will be populated by Atlantis as our processes produce files. The participant firm may delete files from this outbox if it wishes to do so, in order to manage downloaded state. Files left in the outbox for a long period of time will be archived and deleted by Atlantis.
