The current SSL certificate for the Production Accelerate environment will expire on September 16th, 2023. FIA Tech will be implementing an updated certificate on September 15th, at 6 PM ET, to allow for continued connectivity and appropriate security layers being in place. Once this new certificate has been implemented, the old certificate will cease to be valid for accessing Accelerate.
Firms who currently connect to Accelerate Applications (Docs and Atlantis) via API may need to update internal configurations to accommodate the new certificate, notably in cases where trust stores must be manually updated to include new certificates. Attached please find the updated production certificate.
Please ensure any necessary security updates are performed prior to the cutover date to ensure continued connectivity.
