Accelerate - IP Updates for Outbound Traffic

As part of upcoming infrastructure updates, external IPs for outbound connectivity from FIA Tech's Accelerate platform - notably Atlantis and OCR applications - will be changing.  These updates will take place in two phases, with the initial phase impacting the PSIM (Production Simulation) environment, and the following phase taking place within the Production environment.  Please note, while FIA Tech will be performing these updates in two phases, firms are strongly encouraged to complete all whitelisting as early as possible to limit potential impact on connectivity.   Please reach out to ClientServices@fia-tech.com with any questions.

Any firm currently receiving data from FIA Tech via SFTP, that currently whitelists this traffic will need to update whitelists to include the "New IP Addresses" below.

Timing

Updates will be completed in their respective environment as of the following dates:

PSIM: September 21, 2024

PROD: October 26, 2024

IPs & Environments:

Please ensure that both "New IP Addresses" are whitelisted for traffic.
