OCR Reports

Accounts Inventory Report:

- The Accounts Inventory Report is a comprehensive excel report that displays almost all account data for a reporting firm and basic data for the associated owner/controller profiles.  The Accounts Inventory Report is auto-generated twice a day and is available in the OCR Dashboard Notifications section of the web portal UI and is also available in the "outbox/FIAT" SFTP folder.

Account numbers for all account categories are listed in column D.  Special Accounts that have associated trading accounts are listed in column K.  To view all Special Accounts with their associated Trading Accounts just go to column K and sort to remove the "None" cells.

Account Summary Report:

- The Account Summary Report contains a broad summary of the total number of accounts per reporting firm and the percentage of Valid Accounts, Reportable Accounts, and Reportable Valid Accounts.  The report can be run to include all accounts or narrowed to a subset of accounts sent to a specific destination.  The Account Summary Report is available under the Reports tab.

Incomplete Accounts Report:

- The Incomplete Accounts Report contains a list of accounts that the system has flagged as being incomplete as well as a description of the validation error.  The Incomplete Accounts Report is available under the Reports tab.

Incomplete Profiles:

- The Incomplete Profiles Report contains a listing of OCR profiles that the system has flagged as being incomplete as well as a description of the validation error.  The Incomplete Profiles Report is available under the Reports tab.

Profile Extract:

- The Profile Extract contains almost all OCR profile data either visible to or managed by a user.  (Please Note: if the "Show Profiles" option is set to "Visible to Me" then the report will contain data for all Legal Entity profiles in the system that have been marked as a 3rd party controller, including those created by other firms).  The Profile Extract can also be used as a profile upload template to create or update profiles in bulk.  The Profile Extract is available under the Reports tab.

Reportable Accounts Audit Log:

- The Reportable Accounts Audit Log Report contains a listing of accounts that were reportable/triggered in a selected time period.  Each row represents a specific instance of an account being triggered.  If the same account is listed in multiple rows each row represents a different time that the account was triggered.  The Reportable Accounts Audit Log is available under the Reports tab.
