Account Creation in Bulk

Accounts can be created in bulk by building and uploading a FiaBatch xml file via SFTP.  If you're a reporting firm user then your firm most likely has an SFTP connection with the FIA Tech OCR service.  If you're not sure if your firm has an SFTP connection with the OCR data service then please reach out to FIA Tech Client Services at 1-202-772-3088 or ocr.support@fia-tech.com .

Filing Details

The system automatically generates FiaBatch export files two times per day: 9am EST and 5pm EST. These files start running at these appointed times, however, the cycle may not be completed for nearly an hour.

• It is important to note that any profile created close to the start of the batch file submission may not get included until the next batch file time (i.e. if after 5pm EST, not until the next day at 9am EST).
