Overview
All Transition Notice information may be found within the Transition Center in Docs. The Transfer Center may be accessed through the Documents navigation menu and allows users to initiate Transition Notices, and review both sent and received Notices.
Please Note: Agreement Transfers can only be initiated by Eligible Senders (i.e. Broker parties who have adopted the Protocol) from the Notice Center in Docs.
Transition Center Pages
The Transfer Center contains three sections:
- Transfer Protocol: for reviewing and amending the Protocol adoption status of your parties
- Transition Agreements: for entering Transition Notice details, and initiating Notices
- Notice Center: for reviewing sent and received Transition Notices
Upon accessing the Transfer Center, you will land in the Notice Center section with the Received Notices toggle selected. This page contains all the information on Notices that have been sent to the parties you are associated with. You can change the view on this page to see notices that your parties have sent.
Selecting any of the other menu options will open up the respective pages. To review the Protocol adoption status of your counterparties, use the Counterparty Report.
Sent Notices
The Sent Notices section allows you to review all Transition Notices sent by your parties. You can see Notices in all four states on this page - Draft, Scheduled, Pending and Completed.
You can view the details of each Notice by selecting the View icon or the Notice Name. The Notice detail screen shows all the agreements selected within a notice. Notices that are in Scheduled and Draft states can be edited. To edit these notices, select the Edit pencil next to the notice name. For additional information about Docs Notice states, please see the article on Docs Transition Notice states.
Received Notices
The Received Notice grid is similar to the Sent Notices grid, however, you can filter this grid based on which of your parties have received the Notice. Please note that you may see multiple lines for the same transitioning party as you will receive one Notice per party for which you can see notices.
In the Received Notices screen you will find Notices in Scheduled, Pending, Rejected and Completed states. Since you are a recipient of these Notices you cannot edit them in any way. You can view the Notice Detail screen by selecting the View icon. Additionally, for Notices in Pending state you can also reject the full Notice from the Received Notice screen. For more information, please refer to the article on Reviewing Received Notices.
Additional information about Notice states can be found in the article on Docs Transition Notice states.
