Overview

The Accelerate Dashboard Provides users of Accelerate access to data for all their applications in one location. The Dashboard can be customized for each individual user to display the information you care most about. Additionally, each user can add multiple Dashboards to suit their needs. 

Accessing the Dashboard

All users of Atlantis and Docs will automatically land on the Dashboard upon signing in to the application. When an administrator for any Accelerate Application (Docs or Atlantis) creates a new user account, a default Dashboard is created containing the default Dashboard widgets. Once a user has logged into the system, they can customize the Dashboard to suit their needs.

  • Agreement Search - Quick search using agreement ID
  • Docs Stats - Statistics on number of agreements and time to action them
  • Docs Stats Over Time - Time to action agreements over time
  • Docs Pending Actions - Agreements available for you as a user to action

  • Aged Volume by Counterparty
  • Settlement by Trade Month
  • Settlement Summary
  • Time to Lock

Navigating to the Dashboard from an Application

A link to the Dashboard always appears in the system menu, selecting this will take you back to the Dashboard and your primary Dashboard will display. The Accelerate level Dashboard link appears next to the FIA Tech - Accelerate logo. Note that OCR and Docs retain an application specific menu, these Dashboards can be found by accessing the "Dashboard" link found in the application menu. 

Anytime you access the Dashboard from within the application it will retain any filters you previously applied.

Setting up the Dashboard

Each widget in the Dashboard can be moved. To move a widget, simply grab the icon of overlapping arrows and move the widget to the place on the Dashboard you want it to be located.

Selecting the kebab icon (vertical ellipsis) will open up the widget menu. From here you can Rename the widget (name must be 35 characters or fewer), make a Copy of the widget or remove the widget. Any widget you remove can easily be added back in through the Widget Selector.

The overall settings for all Dashboards can be managed through the "Actions" button in the top right hand corner of the page. For more information on the overall Dashboard settings, please review the article on Configuring the Dashboard.
