Manual Matching

Load unmatched Atlantis trade in Reconciliation screen
Identify the External (Atlantis) trade to find a manual match
Open the Search Trades window, button on menu bar. The screen will open on the bottom half of the window. This Trade Search is used to search through internal trades to manually match to the Atlantis unmatched trades.
Apply filters to the Trade Search to find a match for the external trades.
- There is a pre-fil option. Select, to highlight, one of the Atlantis unmatched trades in top portion of screen. Then refer to the bottom half Trade Search, select the Recon drop down and Pre-fil. This will fill the filters for the selected Atlantis trade, select to apply necessary filters. Then load the Search.
Select the Atlantis trade, in the top portion of the screen that you wish to match. Next, select the internal trade to match on the bottom portion. Drop down on Recon in the menu bar and select Match. This will bring the internal trade to the Reconciliation and create a MM, manual match.
User must save changes to save the match group at a MM level
There is an option to create Many to Many matching in a MM
1. When matching many Atlantis trades to internal trade(s), the Atlantis trades must be combined.
2. Select, to highlight, the external group of trades and drop down on Tools then select Combine. This will group the external trades to be placed in M2M match.
3. Then select the group of trades that have been combined on External and select the Internal trade(s) to match (there is no need to combine internal trades)
4. Then drop down on Recon and select Match
5. Must save changes to save the created Match Group
