Auto Affirm Post Matching Report

eRecs Auto Affirm functionality will Auto Affirm Exact Matches created by the system in daily processing. The Auto Affirm will only apply to Exact Match groups where 

• There are no breaks 
  • External breaks such as an Atlantis Rejection
  • Internal Breaks such as a Zero Fee Break
• Missing Billed Entity
• Incorrect states on Atlantis trade
  • • Trades must be in the state, Reviewer= Receiver, Receiver= Neutral, Payer= Neutral, Cannot settle= Fee Missing Affirmation

If an Exact Match group has does not pass the requirements listed above then it will not be Auto Affirmed on the day the match was created. 

These trades not Auto Affirmed will be compiled in a daily report called the Auto Affirm Post Matching Report.

This report will highlight the exact reason why the Match Group was not Auto Affirmed. This is available in the Category column.

If an update is made to the trades in the match group and it follows the requirements for Auto Affirm, then the trades will become Auto Affirmed and displayed in Category 5-ToAffirm.
