Users may update their profile email address through the User Hub tool, noting that changes to email addresses requires that the address be verified after being changed.
Within the application, access the User Hub via the "Welcome, <User Name>!" link:
Within the profile page, select Actions> Change Email Address:
This change will prompt two of a user's five security questions to be displayed, which must be answered before changing the address. A user may select "Change Questions" to have two different questions presented for answering. Once security questions are answered, specify the email address, and select "Save". If users have forgotten their security questions, their Party Admin may reset the questions via the workflow detailed in Accelerate - User Security Questions.
The system will provide a message confirming the change, noting that the account will need to be re-verified after the email address is updated. Selecting "Yes, Save" will commit the change and trigger a verification email to be sent to the new address, while "No, Cancel" will bring you back to the User Details page.
The email address will show the "!" icon below until it is verified, after which no icon will be displayed and the account configuration will be complete.
