Party Admins may update the email address associated with user accounts through the User Hub tool, noting that changes to email addresses requires that the address be verified after being changed.
Within the application, access the User Hub:
Within the User Hub, select the Admin link:
Search for the user profile, and select the hyperlinked User Account Name to open the profile:
Within the profile, select the "Edit" button:
Update the email address, and select "Save":
The system will provide a message confirming the change, noting that the account will need to be re-verified after the email address is updated. Selecting "Yes, Save" will commit the change and trigger a verification email to be sent to the new address, while "No, Cancel" will bring you back to the User Details page.
The email address will show the "!" icon below until it is verified, after which no icon will be displayed and the account configuration will be complete.
