Docs Search - Accounts

Overview

The Agreement Search page is accessed via the “Search Agreements” drop-down in the “Agreements” tab.  There are a number of search criteria available, including Agreement Details, Party Details, Dates, Accounts, and Rate Schedule.

Accounts Search

Docs users can search for agreements according to various "Accounts" criteria:

• Executing Account ID
• Executing Account Description
• Clearing Account ID
• Clearing Account Description

Executing Account ID Search

Users are able to search by Executing Account ID using various filters:

• Contains – displays all agreements with accounts that contain the search criteria.
• Starts With – displays all agreements with accounts that start with the search criteria.
• Ends With – displays all agreements with accounts that end with the search criteria.
• Exact – displays all agreements with accounts that exactly match the search criteria.

Executing Account Description Search

Users are able to search by Executing Account Description.  Agreements that contain the designated Executing Account Description will display.

Clearing Account ID Search

Users are able to search by Clearing Account ID using various filters:

• Contains – displays all agreements with accounts that contain the search criteria.
• Starts With – displays all agreements with accounts that start with the search criteria.
• Ends With – displays all agreements with accounts that end with the search criteria.
• Exact – displays all agreements with accounts that exactly match the search criteria.

Clearing Account Description Search

Users are able to search by Clearing Account Description.  Agreements that contain the designated Clearing Account Description will display.

Download Search Results

After the accounts search criteria has been added, click the “Search” button to display the results.  The results can be downloaded by clicking the “Download Search Results (CSV)” link.
